Keith Crawford serves as the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for CarepathRx, a company providing innovative pharmacy solutions to Hospital Health Systems centered on end-to-end service for all pharmacy needs including Specialty, Infusion, and continuous home solutions for all prescriptions.

Prior to CarepathRx, Mr. Crawford served as the President of Pharmacy Operations and Chief Commercial Officer at Solara Medical Supplies, the nation’s largest independent suppliers of diabetes medical devices, drug products, and supplies. While at Solara, Mr. Crawford rebuilt the entire leadership team, extended pharmacy distribution capabilities to all 50 states, obtained key pharmacy accreditations, expanded key payor contracts, and built the markets largest outside sales team while exceeding the company’s financial plan. Solara was sold to Adapt Healthcare in Jul/20 for $425M.

Prior to Solara, Mr. Crawford served as EVP Infusion Operations and Chief Strategy Officer at Medical Specialty Distributors, the leading non-hospital/post-acute medical distributor serving home infusion 503A pharmacies, 503B compounding pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and the oncology market. While at MSD, Mr. Crawford led the development of new services and business models which fueled the organization’s market growth. MSD was sold to McKesson Corporation in Jun/18 for $800M.

Prior to MSD, Mr. Crawford served as EVP, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Coram Specialty Infusion, a nationwide leading home infusion and specialty drug provider. While at Coram, Mr. Crawford held responsibility for legislative affairs, hospital contracting, clinical trials, and specialty infusion with a focus on immunoglobulin therapies. During his time at Coram, Mr. Crawford launched the industry’s first patient registry program directed at immunoglobulin administration – the data was considered by CMS as they worked through the IVIG Access process. Coram was sold to CVS in Jan/14 for $2.2B

Prior to Coram Specialty Infusion, Mr. Crawford held leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical market working for Bone Care International and Genzyme Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Crawford founded a drug discovery company which focused on clinical candidates to treat the co-occurring and co-morbid conditions associated with End Stage Renal Disease. Mr. Crawford holds 16 United States and several International drug related patents, he graduated from Western Governors University with a degree in Marketing Management and was a lead participant in the passing of the IVIG Access Act and the Medicare Home Infusion Site of Care Act.
